Improving Progression

Under the best circumstances, it takes six years to climb from Minimum Rate to Maximum Rate! That's a very long time! And that's assuming you never get downgraded or laid-off and recalled.

Boeing exploits loopholes in the Progression Schedule to hold down your pay. Boeing should raise the Minimum Rates; shorten the Progression Schedule (there were 10 steps in 1992; there are 12 today!) and increase the raises earned per step.

Demand a fair wage system and more paid leave -
