Flu Prevention Program
BoeingWellness has been offering free flu shots throughout November to employees at company worksites across the U.S. again this year. Some sites will also offer flu shots to contractors, retirees, and others at a cost of $21 (payable by check only to Maxim Health Systems). Check the schedule below for upcoming flu shot program schedules and locations.
Click here for the flu shot consent form (PDF). Please print a copy, sign and bring the form to the flu shot clinic. If you desire a copy for your own records, please print, sign, and bring an extra copy to the flu shot clinic.
