District 751 members at Boeing have some of the best overtime language in the country! It didn't happen overnight and Boeing didn't just freely give this benefit. Click the picture to see the evolution of the overtime language we have today.

State law requires time and a half to be paid after someone reaches 40 hours in a week. Members at Boeing get time and a half for anything over 8 hours in a day and doubletime for anything over 10 hours in a day. It's been this way since 1936!
