COLA Formula Generates a 24 cent/hr Cost of Living Adjustment

Effective June 9, 2023, a 24 cent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will be added to the hourly wage rate for IAM members at Boeing. The 24 cent was generated for the quarter of February, March and April 2023. COLA is generated quarterly under the IAM contract and is based on the federal government’s Consumer Price Index.
