The Union and Company reached agreement that members being paid out their unused sick leave would receive the contractual bonus as required in Article 8.4(e) without impact from strike time. Those members who had anniversary dates between September 13th to current, and did not receive their sick leave cashout with the appropriate bonus percentage applied, will receive this additional backpay.
This backpay will be processed for everyone impacted on their 12/26/24 paycheck.
