Effective June 6, 2025, a $0.16 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will be added to the hourly wage rates for
IAM-represented members at Boeing.
The .16 cents was generated for the February, March, and April 2025 quarter. Under the IAM/Boeing contract, COLA is calculated quarterly based on the federal government's Consumer Price Index (CPI).
