NEW June 4 2021 - FREE Extended Cobra Coverage Under American Rescue Plan Act
NOTE: If you elect this coverage, you will need to select if you want coverage beginning 4/1/21 (at no cost under the American Rescue Plan Act) OR if you want to enroll all the way back to your prior coverage date (which is not covered by the American Rescue Plan Act so members would bear the cost of COBRA unpaid premiums if you elect this option). It is important to answer this question correctly.
