The first three digits of a job number are the job family. The last two digits of the job number are the pay grade.

Per the 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement, the minimum rates will be increased by the COLA every September if it is a positive for the year. 
The COLA increase to the minimum rates will not show up quarterly due to the fluctuations up or down throughout the year.
