Effective March 3, 2023, a 1-cent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will be added to the hourly wage rate for IAM members at Boeing.
The 1-cent was generated for the quarter of November 2022, December 2022, and January 2023. COLA is generated quarterly under the IAM contract, based on the federal government’s Consumer Price Index.
