On September 12, 2024, the Contract between IAM District 751 Members and The Boeing Company ends at midnight. To prepare for this, we need to hear from you about the issues important to you and your families. It will be the Solidarity of our Members on the issues that will drive a successful outcome. 

That's why your Union is holding Contract Input Meetings. Held at our Union Halls over the next few months, these meetings will allow IAM Members to offer suggestions, solutions, and ideas for specific areas of the Contract. Stay tuned for announcements on times/dates for additional meetings around Puget Sound.

On Monday, September 11, 2023, is the Workforce Subcommittee Meeting. If you have ideas for changes to the current collective bargaining agreement about workforce issues, please join us at the Everett Union Hall on Monday at 6:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 3:00 PM to lend your voice to the discussion.

Additional Workforce Subcommittee Meetings will be held at the Auburn Union Hall on Monday, October 2, 2023, and at the Renton Union Hall on Monday, November 20, 2023.
