March 6th 2020 - Meeting Notice for All Hytek Workers

We will be holding two meetings on Friday March 13, 2020. 

At 1pm for 2^nd shift and 2:45 for 1^st shift. 

We’ll be discussing issues, concerns and progress we’re having as we continue the negotiating process on your behalf.  This meeting is open to all bargaining unit workers, not just dues paying members.  It is imperative we have as many people here as possible to formulate our path moving forward.

Meeting will be held at the Ramada Inn

Location: Kent WA, in the conference room upstairs (2^nd floor).

Here you will find important information about your upcoming contract negotiations, the progress and how you can help secure a strong collective bargaining agreement.

One of the first and most important things you can do is fill out a membership application. The more members we have the stronger message it is to the company. Solidarity works when we are all in this together.

See your union steward for an application and fill it out.

If the company sees you are strong, they will be forced to give a better offer. If not, then the offer will reflect as such.

Stewards also have surveys and your participation in the process is vital to determine what the collective group wants to fight for.
